BE AWARE OF UNAUTHORISED AGENCIES!
Websites and agents unrelated to ISSAID are falsely claiming to provide official services using our brand.
The official registration and housing bureau for ISSAID 2027 Congress is MCI Suisse SA. You should only trust information from the sources on the ISSAID website and the MCI website.
It is important to be aware that you may be contacted by phone or e-mail, or see advertising, by unauthorised individuals or companies that act as travel agencies (Global Travel Team, Global Travel Experts, Global Travel Network or similar variations), wholesalers, or destination management companies to solicit you with aggressive or deceptive tactics for congress registrations.
They may also misrepresent themselves as the official congress registration and housing bureau and may illegally use the congress name or logo.

Payment
Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

Please indicate the participant's / group's name, identifier and “ISSAID 2027” on ALL payments (for example, ISSAID 2027-I/XX or G/XX).
All expenses shall be borne by ordering customer. Please note that intermediary bank fees may be applied, please verify with your local bank. A copy of bank transfer should be sent to [email protected]
Payment by personal cheques cannot be accepted. Confirmation will be sent only when the corresponding payment is received.
Modifications and Cancellations
Cancellation conditions
All cancellations must be sent to MCI Suisse SA in writing. For cancellations received up to Wednesday 6 January 2027, deposits will be refunded less 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
Modification conditions
A handling fee of GBP 40 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received. For a name change, written permission from the original participant will be required, along with full contact details of the substitution.
