It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Harrogate, United Kingdom for the 14^th Meeting of the International Society of Systemic Autoinflammatory Diseases (ISSAID), from April 7 - 10 of 2027.

This gathering brings together clinicians, researchers, and allied professionals dedicated to advancing the understanding and care of autoinflammatory diseases, an area that continues to evolve rapidly through scientific innovation and international collaboration.

We will explore new insights into the genetics, clinical management, and treatment of systemic autoinflammatory conditions. The programme reflects the breadth and depth of our field, featuring expert presentations, case discussions, and opportunities for meaningful dialogue between specialists from across the UK and beyond.

We are particularly delighted to host this meeting in Harrogate, a town known for its heritage of medicine, wellbeing, and hospitality, which provides the perfect setting for sharing knowledge and strengthening collaborations.
