Presentation Guidelines

For speakers and oral abstract presenters

Speakers and oral abstract presenters are required to prepare a presentation according to the instructions provided in the guideline documents below. Upon arrival at the venue, you will need to collect your badge at the registration desk and to upload your presentation slides at the Speaker Preview Room.

For poster walk and poster display presenters

Poster presenters are required to prepare a printed poster according to the instructions provided in the guideline documents.

For session moderators and poster walk moderators

Please locate your session location in due time and be there at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.
It is the moderator’s responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the session. Please carefully read the instructions and guidelines.
